All our items come beautifully presented in suitable boxes or pouches and are securely packaged to protect the jewellery.

Due to the nature of our products we prefer to send send all our packages by Royal Mail Special Delivery, however Recorded Delivery is also available.

Please note orders must be processed before 13.30 in order to guarantee next day delivery and the Post Office do not guarantee Special Delivery on a Saturday in every part of the country.

Advice

We would advise you to avoid allowing your jewellery to come into direct contact with alcohol based products, such as perfume and hairspray. We recommend that you give your jewellery a polish every now and then with a polishing cloth. Please read the manufacturers instructions if using jewellery cleaning products.

Returns Policy

We do hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Silver Lady Jewellery. We offer an 30 day money back guarantee. However under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current health and hygiene regulations (unless incorrectly sent or faulty, see guarantee). This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please return it to Silver Lady Jewellery immediately and we will of course offer a full refund or replacement.

Refunds are generally given using the same method by which the item has been paid.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices do not include postage and packaging. We reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in case of error or in the case of changes to cost of manufacture or materials.
